- We mainly supply cold rolled / hot rolled / galvanized / stainless steel / steel pipes. For specific grades or standards (e.g. ASTM, JIS, EN), please provide your detailed requirements.
- How can I be sure of your product quality?
- All products come with a mill test report. Third-party inspections such as SGS, BV are also available. We accept sample testing or small trial orders.
- How do you control quality ?
- Mill Test Certification is supplied with shipment, Third Party Inspection is available.
- Can you provide sample ?
- Small samples in store and can provide the samples for freeCustomized samples will take about 5-7 days
- What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
- Standard MOQ is 10 tons Mixed sizes for a trial order of 3 tons can be accepted, with a slight price adjustment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Commonly used: 30% T/T deposit + 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For first cooperation, L/C at sight is acceptable.
- Packaging & Shipping How do you pack the steel to prevent rust?
- Standard export sea-worthy packaging: inner waterproof paper + outer galvanized steel strapping. Optional VCI anti-rust paper or fumigated wooden crates are available.
- Certificates & Documents
- Common certificates: ISO 9001, CE, SGS report, Certificate of Origin. Special certificates (e.g. EN10204 3.1, TUV) require prior confirmation.
